    • Yes, getting a tattoo involves some level of pain, however, pain levels vary depending on your personal pain tolerance and the location of the tattoo. Areas with thinner skin, more nerve endings, or closer to bones (e.g., ribs, hands, feet) tend to hurt more.

    • Prices vary based on the size, complexity, and location of the tattoo, as well as my experience. Custom designs, additional colors, and touch-ups may increase the price.

    • Get a good night’s sleep and eat a meal beforehand to avoid feeling lightheaded. Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol, caffeine, or blood-thinning medications (e.g., aspirin) for 24 hours before the appointment. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area.

    • Small tattoos can take 15 minutes to an hour, while larger, detailed pieces can take multiple hours or sessions. The duration depends on the size, placement, and complexity of the design.

    • I will go over aftercare instructions after the appointment. Follow them closely to prevent infection and ensure proper healing. The #1 thing is to keep the tattoo clean and moisturized, avoid soaking it in water, and protect it from direct sunlight. Healing typically takes 2–4 weeks, but full healing (including beneath the skin) can take up to 3 months.

    • Yes, tattoos naturally fade due to sun exposure, aging skin, and the body’s natural healing process. However, how quickly it begins to fade depends on the style, location, size, and care of your tattoo. To keep it vibrant, avoid prolonged sun exposure, wear sunscreen, and follow good skincare habits. Over time, you may need touch-ups to maintain the tattoo’s original appearance.
